SURPLUS FIRE VEHICLE APPARATUS
The Board of Fire Commissioners for Island County Fire District 1 has declared the following equipment as surplus to the needs of the fire district, now for disposal to the highest bidder(s):
( 1 ) One 1983 International Fire Water Tender Truck, 2500 elliptical gallon tank, 500 GPM Darley pump, Quick-Dump on rear of tank, DT466 Diesel, automatic transmission, 104,202 miles. $10,000 or best offer.
( 1 ) One 1997 Pierce Freightliner fire pumper, 1250 GPM Waterous pump, 1000 GPM tank, 54,000 miles, 8.3 Cummins engine, automatic transmission, 3500 Watt Honda Generator. $45,000 or best offer.
( 1 ) One 2004 Ford E-350 Econoline conventional van, 132,709 miles, 6.0 L Diesel engine, automatic transmission. Runs and operates, well but has unit suffered engine block oil filter flange mounting damage. $1,000 or best offer.
Service history records are available for the purchaser(s).
Purchaser(s) must acquire new license plates and remit WA sales taxes during the licensing / title transfer process. All RED color emergency vehicle lamps and lighting will be disabled for civilian purchase and all Fire District decal markings and agency lettering will be removed prior to sale.
Each of these surplus units have been used in daily service until now. Units are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
