For those wishing to complete only the Adult training, it will be offered first and you may leave when the Adult portion is finished.

The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies. This class meets the qualifications for any one who has a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibility or regulatory requirements. If your employer requires you to have a First Aid class, this is the class for you.

Stanwood Camano Fire Department is offering all businesses an adult CPR and First Aid class for $10.00 a person. This class is taught by the American Heart Association and local firefighter instructors. This is a great way to get our whole community trained for a low cost. Each person will have his or her own mannequin and will be trained in Adult Choking and CPR as well as First Aid for the workplace. A minimum of 5 in a class is required.
