MEET THE CHAPLAINS

 

RALPH FRY, Lead Chaplain, brings forty eight years of experience in ministry.  This experience includes youth, music, and pastoral assignments.  Ordained with the Evangelical Church Alliance, he and his wife are volunteer leaders at His Place Community Church in Burlington, WA.  Ralph has over twenty years of chaplain experience in public safety. Ralph and LeAnn reside in Stanwood, WA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

KAY HAHN  is a homemaker and active participant in a local church where she enjoys music and women's ministry.  Kay has been an SCIS chaplain for four years. Kay, her husband Bruce, and daughter Cambria reside on Camano Island, WA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

DEAN JENKIN  is an ordained minister. Dean works full time in sales and is an active leader in his local church.  Dean has four years of chaplain experience with SCIS and resides with his wife Debbie, and son Austin,  in Stanwood, WA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CHUCK MARR and JANEANNE JEFFREY are a married couple  who bring years of business and ministry experience. They both have attended the TPC Chaplain AcademyChuck is an elder and church revitalizer in the Reformed Church of America and JaneAnne has experience as a domestic violence liaison for the San Jose, CA Police Dept.  They reside on Camano Island, WA. 

 

 

 

MATT MORGAN is a licensed minister and veteran of local church pastoral ministry.  He currently is the Senior Pastor at Warm Beach Community Church.  Matt recently attended the TPC Chaplain Academy.  He and his family reside in Stanwood, WA.

 

 

 

 

 

STEVE REDFERN is a member of the Pastoral team at Camano Chapel where he leads the popular Bible Training Institute.  Steve began serving as a chaplain for public safety in Redding, CA.   He has been an SCIS chaplain for four years.  Steve and his wife Kathy live on Camano Island, WA.

 

 

 

DICK RICHARDSON  is a retired Detective with LAPD and has years of experience in hospital chaplaincy.   He has been SCIS Chaplain for four years and is active in his local church.  Dick and and his wife Debbie reside on Camano Island, WA and winter in Mesa, AZ .

 

JOEL CARLSON   is a Retired FBI lead agent who teaches nationwide on WMD'S and terrorism.   He has been an SCIS Chaplain for two years and also serves as a Chaplain at Skagit Valley Hospital,  He and his wife Sue are actively involved in a local church. They live on Camano Island, WA and winter in Tucson, AZ.

 

GAIUS AND DONNA KAZEN  are co-owners of a nutrition  business.  Gaius and Donna each have over ten years of chaplain experience in Snohomish County and recently attended the TPC Chaplain Academy.  They attend a local church and reside in the Lake Goodwin community.
